The current release uses essential local storage to remember language, display mode and cookie choices. Optional analytics and marketing technologies stay disabled unless they are added and the applicable choice is obtained.
Essential preferences
- mobility-language: remembers English or Spanish.
- mtu-theme: remembers dark or light mode.
- mtu_cookie_consent: remembers the cookie choice.
External services
Google Fonts and the embedded Google Maps view may receive technical information needed to deliver those resources. WhatsApp opens only when selected. Mailchimp is used only after a visitor separately requests newsletter enrollment and confirms by email.

Future changes
If non-essential technologies are added, this policy must identify the provider, purpose and duration, and they must remain inactive until the applicable choice is recorded.
